Cancellation & Modification Policy

Because every SipEngrave glass is custom-made and production begins shortly after your order is placed, we have a limited window for cancellations and modifications. Please review the guidelines below carefully.

1. The 12-Hour Window

We understand that mistakes happen. That is why we offer a 12-hour grace period after your order is placed during which you can request changes or a cancellation — free of charge.

Contact us at support@sipengrave.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the change you need — we'll take care of the rest.

2. What Can & Cannot Be Changed

Within the 12-hour window, the following applies:

Can Be Changed

Engraving text, name, or message
Shipping address
Glass size (6oz / 11oz)
Full order cancellation & refund

Cannot Be Changed

Any changes after 12 hours of order placement
Orders already in production or shipped
Engraving errors caused by customer input at checkout

3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

Email Us Immediately

Send your request to support@sipengrave.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Include Your Order Details

Provide your order number and clearly describe what you would like to change or cancel.

We Confirm & Process

Our team will confirm the change within a few hours. If approved, cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. After the 12-Hour Window

Once 12 hours have passed, your order will have entered — or be about to enter — production. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Wrong Engraving Text?

If you provided incorrect details at checkout and the order is already in production, we are unable to modify it. Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order.

Our Error? We'll Fix It

If the engraving error is on our end — wrong text, wrong design, or a defect — we will send a free replacement immediately, no questions asked.

Tip — Double Check Before You Order

Please review your engraving text, spelling, and shipping address carefully at checkout. Once production begins, we cannot make changes — even within the 12-hour window if the item has already been engraved.

5. Refund After Cancellation

Full Refund Guaranteed

Approved cancellations within the 12-hour window receive a 100% refund to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees. No deductions.
