Every SipEngrave order is made-to-order and ships directly from the United States. Use the tools below to follow your package every step of the way.

Track Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the button below to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Tracking is sent via email after your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking info to update.

1. Your Order Journey

Because every glass is custom-made, your order goes through several stages before it arrives at your door. Here is what happens after you place your order:

Order Confirmed

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Your order number is included — keep it handy for support requests.

Custom Design Prep

Our dedicated in-house design team carefully reviews your personalization details and prepares the final artwork for production. This takes 1–2 business days.

Day 1–2

Production in the USA

Your approved design is sent to our state-of-the-art US facility, where your glass is precision laser-engraved and quality-checked. This takes 2–5 business days.

Day 3–7

Shipped — Tracking Number Sent

Your package is handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Domestic US delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Delivered

Your personalized glass arrives at your door, securely packaged and ready to be gifted or enjoyed.

2. Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for tracking information to take 1–3 business days to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email. The carrier needs to scan the package at their facility before updates appear online.

If your tracking number shows no updates after 5 business days from your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Pro Tip

Copy your tracking number from the shipping email and paste it directly into USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com for the most up-to-date delivery status directly from the carrier.

3. Missing or Lost Package

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your front door, mailbox, and with neighbors.
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation email is correct.
  • Wait 1–2 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.
  • Contact us at support@sipengrave.com with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier.

4. Wrong Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@sipengrave.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to redirect shipments.

SipEngrave is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
