Every SipEngrave glass is custom-made to order and shipped from the United States. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

1. Delivery Timeline

Step 1 — Design Prep: 1–2 Business Days

Order and payment verification, custom design preparation by our team, and sending your final artwork to our US production facility.

Step 2 — US Production: 2–5 Business Days

Your approved design is sent to our state-of-the-art facility in the USA for precision laser engraving, strict quality control, and secure packaging.

Step 3 — Shipping

United States: 3–7 business days via USPS / UPS / FedEx
International: 7–15 business days

Estimated total delivery: 6–14 business days from order date (domestic US)

2. Design & Production Origin

Dedicated Design Studio

All original artwork, personalizations, and customer support are handled directly by our expert in-house team.

United States Facility

All orders are precision-engraved and shipped domestically from our state-of-the-art facility in the USA 🇺🇸.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track directly on USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com.

Tracking not updating?

It may take 1–3 business days for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation email. If there are no updates after 5 business days, contact us at support@sipengrave.com.

4. Delays & Exceptions

Peak Holidays

Father's Day, Christmas, and other peak seasons may extend production or shipping times. Order early to avoid delays.

Courier Delays

Operational issues within USPS, UPS, or FedEx networks are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking any delayed shipment.

Weather Events

Severe weather conditions impacting transit routes may cause unexpected delays with carriers.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SipEngrave cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Need to change your address?

Contact us at support@sipengrave.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, address changes may not be possible.

6. Our Guarantee

Fully Insured Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will rush a free replacement to you immediately — no return required. Just email us a photo of the issue at support@sipengrave.com.
