Refund & Return Policy

At SipEngrave, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Since each item is custom-engraved to order, we have established specific guidelines to ensure a fair experience for all our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept requests for replacements or refunds within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. What Is Eligible for a Return or Refund?

Because our products are permanently laser-engraved with specific designs or names, eligibility for returns and refunds depends on the reason for the request:

Eligible — We Will Fix It
Glass arrived broken or damaged during transit
Manufacturing defect in the engraving
Engraving does not match your order details
Wrong item shipped
Not Eligible
Change of mind or incorrect design selected by customer
Spelling or typographical errors provided by the customer at checkout
Requests made after 30 days of delivery

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the engraving does not match your order details, we will make it right. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund — and in most cases, you do not need to return the item.

How to Start a Claim

Email us at support@sipengrave.com with the following:

    Your Order Number (e.g., #1001)

    A clear photo showing the damage, defect, or engraving error
  • 3
    A brief description of the issue

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Claim submitted → Review (1–2 business days) → Approved → Refund issued → Credit appears in 5–7 business days

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible claims involving damage, defects, or errors on our part, no return shipping is required — we will resolve the issue without asking you to send the item back.

Since we do not accept change-of-mind returns for custom-engraved items, unauthorized return shipments cannot be accepted or refunded.
