We are committed to providing a safe and convenient checkout experience. Below is a full overview of the payment methods we accept and how your information is protected.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
SipEngrave currently accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
Credit & Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Your card is charged only when your order is confirmed.
PayPal
Pay securely using your PayPal account or PayPal guest checkout with any major card — no PayPal account required.
2. Currency
All prices on SipEngrave are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account is in a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a conversion rate. SipEngrave does not control or add any foreign transaction fees.
3. When You Are Charged
Your payment is processed at the time you place your order. Since every glass is made-to-order and production begins shortly after checkout, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once payment has been confirmed.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@sipengrave.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
4. Payment Security
Your Payment Information is Secure
SipEngrave does not store your credit card details. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal — both PCI-DSS compliant platforms that encrypt your data using SSL technology. Your financial information is never visible to us.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include:
- Incorrect card details — please double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Insufficient funds — please ensure your account has sufficient balance.
- Bank restrictions — some banks block international transactions by default. Please contact your bank to authorize the payment.
