Orders & Customization
Can I customize my product?
Yes. Most Sipengrave products allow personalization such as names, dates, custom text, or uploaded photos depending on the product.
How do I add personalization to my order?
Simply fill in the personalization fields on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I upload my own photo or logo?
Yes. Many of our products support photo or logo uploads directly on the product page.
Can I change my personalization after placing the order?
Changes may be possible within the first 12 hours after placing the order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
What if I entered incorrect personalization?
Please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we will try our best to update your order.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal depending on your location.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout system.
Can I pay without PayPal?
Yes. You can complete your purchase using a credit or debit card directly at checkout.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is charged immediately after you complete checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days while our team reviews your order and prepares the design.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the product and order volume.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after production.
Where are your products made?
Sipengrave products are designed by our team in Vietnam and produced by our trusted manufacturing partners in the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return personalized products?
Because our items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes. If your product arrives damaged or incorrectly produced, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
