Shipping policy

At SipEngrave, every whiskey glass is meticulously made-to-order. We believe in complete transparency regarding how your personalized items are crafted and shipped.

1. The Delivery Timeline

Because our products are uniquely customized for you, they require time for design, precision engraving, and quality assurance before they are shipped. The total delivery time is divided into three stages:

Step 1 — Order Processing (1–3 Business Days)

  • Order and payment verification
  • Custom design preparation (formatting your requested names, dates, or messages)
  • Preparing and sending the final digital blueprint to our US production facility

Step 2 — Production (2–5 Business Days)

Your design is sent to our trusted US fulfillment partners (Printify / Dreamship), where your glass is precision laser-engraved, quality-checked, and securely packaged.

Step 3 — Shipping

  • United States: 3–7 Business Days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • International: 7–15 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 15 Business Days (from order date to delivery, for domestic US orders)

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

SipEngrave is an independent design brand operated by an individual creator based in Vietnam. All designs and customer support are handled by our Vietnam-based team. All physical products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner facilities (Printify / Dreamship) located within the United States, ensuring fast domestic delivery for US customers.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.

If your tracking shows no updates after 5 business days from your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@sipengrave.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays:

  • Peak Holidays: High volume seasons (Father's Day, Christmas) may extend production or shipping times
  • Courier Delays: Operational issues within USPS, UPS, or FedEx networks
  • Weather Events: Severe weather conditions impacting transit routes

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. SipEngrave cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
